• Independently perform core services (window cleaning, pressure washing, concrete sealing, gutter clearing)

Pro Service Expert

• Full-service capable: roof-pump operation & aerial lift certified

Operations Manager

• Lead crews, oversee quality, mentor teammates & optimize operations

What You’ll Do

• Window & pressure washing (residential + commercial)
• Gutter clearing
• Concrete sealing
• Upsell services on-site (submit to your Ops Manager)
• Maintain equipment, vehicle cleanliness & safety protocols

Who You Are

• High-school diploma (or equivalent)
• No criminal history
• Valid driver’s license & ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with the Jobber app
• Customer-focused communicator with a can-do attitude
• Self-motivated & eager to grow outdoors, year-round

Dress Code Snapshot

• Closed-toe shoes (boots recommended)
• Brown khakis preferred; black/navy pants or cargo shorts OK
• Company shirt & logo visible at all times
• Tattoos discreet; no facial or full-sleeve tattoos
