Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients in their homes with daily living activities including personal care and grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, hair care, and skincare
- Assist patients with walking, transferring in and out of wheelchairs, and changing positions in bed
- STNA/Home Health Aide provides patients with companionship and emotional support
- Assist with needs around the home
- Document services provided in the client’s electronic medical chart
- Work in cooperation with our caring home health and hospice team
- Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state, and agency requirements as well as quality accreditation standards
