Van Wert Family Physicians are seeking an LPN or CMA to join our Team. The LPN/CMA is an integral part of the healthcare team and helps support the doctors and patients through a variety of clinical responsibilities. Candidate will be responsible for accompanying patients to exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, obtaining patient history, injections, in office testing, wound care and other clinical duties such as prior authorization of testing and medications. In addition, the candidate must be empathetic and have good communication skills, with good attendance.

Hours/Days are typically Monday thru Friday 8-5 including a shared rotation of one Saturday 8-10 every other month. No Holidays. Competitive wage offered.
