Material Handler – Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations

Starting Pay: $17.00 – $17.50 per Hour

Plus $1.50/Hour Shift Premium for 2nd & 3rd Shift

Available Shifts

2nd Shift

Monday – Friday
2:45 PM – 10:45 PM

3rd Shift

Monday – Friday
10:45 PM – 6:45 AM

4th Shift (Weekend Shift)

Friday – Sunday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.

Material Handler Responsibilities

As a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Inventory Specialist, you will:

  • Supply production lines with materials, components, and parts needed to meet manufacturing goals.
  • Move materials throughout the facility using material handling equipment and warehouse processes.
  • Receive, stock, organize, and replenish inventory in designated storage locations.
  • Pick, stage, and deliver materials according to production schedules and work orders.
  • Utilize handheld RF scanners and inventory management systems to track materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations while performing inventory transactions.
  • Package, label, and prepare materials for production use and outbound shipments.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and manufacturing environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and workplace policies.

Qualifications

 

Preferred

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, shipping and receiving, distribution, inventory control, stocking, order picking, or material handling.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
  • Familiarity with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems.

Experience

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read work instructions, shop orders, and part numbers accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to use or learn RF scanners, barcode systems, and inventory tracking software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an entire shift.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
