ELIGIBILITY REFERRAL SPECIALIST 2

The Van Wert County Department of Job and Family Services is accepting resumes for the position of full-time Eligibility Referral Specialist II in the Family Stability Unit

PAY RANGE: 

Pay rate will start at $17.50 per hour without any previous experience.

DUTIES: 

Primary duties of this position are Case Management/Customer Service. The person in this position will determine initial and on-going eligibility for customers applying for public assistance. The employee will also process case changes, take and return phone calls and process alerts for public assistance cases. Applicants must possess excellent customer services skills and communication skills, computer experience, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
