For over a hundred years, this organization has been dedicated to offering trained professionals in the interest of energy conservation and producing the best quality the industry offers. Local 41 Insulators are meeting the growing demands of the modern world by helping clients save energy and money. We work throughout the region on various construction insulation and maintenance projects, including commercial, industrial, medical, and school projects in the public and private sectors.
By choosing insulation as part of the construction package, the region’s project owners can realize a significant return on investment following new construction or renovation projects. In addition to mechanical insulation, these professionals are certified to perform the life-saving tasks of fire-stopping and infectious disease control insulation.
Our members make up the region’s most highly skilled and highly trained workforce, capable of working on any project, large or small, no matter how complex, finishing the project on time and on or under budget.
Through our state-of-the-art registered apprenticeship program, our members receive the skills and education needed to perform their trade safely, delivering high-quality craftsmanship that provides additional value to the project owner. By doing the work right the first time, our members finish their insulation work on time, coming in on or under budget.
Throughout history, we have been governed by a code that stresses pride in craftsmanship, focus on teamwork and a dedication to the highest traditions of trade unionism. We take pride in our history of members, men and women, who have made our local what it is today.
