P&R Medical Connection has been in business in Van Wert County since 1985. Our home office is in rural Van Wert County, while our retail location is on S. Shannon St. We also have locations in Defiance, Paulding, and Decatur, IN. P&R provides medical equipment services, offering a broad scope of medical equipment from crutches to mobility products, oxygen, and sleep apnea (CPAP) products. Our employees provide intake, billing, training, and delivery and installation services related to all these products. ACHC accredits P&R and can accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Ohio Medicaid. P&R provides 24-hour access to its services by maintaining an on-call system and call staff to address the emergency needs of its patients.
