Van Wert Family Physicians is an independently owned Family Practice. VWFP has 5 Physicians, 2 Physician Assistants, a Nurse Practitioner, and a Psychologist. We have served the medical needs of the Van Wert area for 30 years.
Our services include on-site Pediatric Care (including newborns), Adolescent and Adult Medicine, Women’s Health, Orthopedics (including Sports Medicine), and Office Surgery (including laceration repair and removal of skin lesions). We also offer Psychological Services, X-rays, Labs, Bone Density Testing, Ultrasounds and Mammograms on-site. Our goal is to provide primary healthcare to all members of the family and provide a medical “home” to coordinate our patients’ healthcare. We offer same-day appointments, some evening and Saturday hours.
