We are currently hiring for a Bartender and a Cook at our location at:
740 W. Ervin Rd., Van Wert, Ohio.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
AVAILABILITY: MUST be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
EXPERIENCE: Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates who have a strong drive to learn.
WORK ETHIC: We value reliability, accountability, and trustworthiness. Candidates must have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and live by the motto: “If there’s time to lean, there’s time to clean” during slower periods.
PACE & PERFORMANCE: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during busy peak hours while consistently meeting job expectations.
SOFT SKILLS: Must be a punctual team player with a friendly, helpful attitude and excellent communication skills with both customers and co-workers.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Bartender MUST be at least 21 years of age. Cook MUST be at least 18 years of age and out of high school.
COMPENSATION: Pay rate will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and qualifications.
