Provides staff leadership to carry out competency-based instructional programs in the assigned career-technical area. Evaluate the ability of the program to meet the learning needs of the students. Help research, plan, and implement creative curricula. Responsible for supervision of assigned CTE programs, instructional support, CTSO development, and student discipline requiring supervisor activity. Work with district administrators to develop innovative plans to improve the career-technical program and related services. Execute the policies of the Board of Education and the administrative directives of the superintendent.
