Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to adults in their home. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those with dementia or other health challenges. Your responsibilities will include delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and fostering a nurturing environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide patient observation to monitor health conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties and meal prep
• Support clients with mobility and lifting as necessary to ensure comfort and safety (no deadlifting over 25lbs)
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being.
• Assist with medication management as directed by healthcare providers.
• Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or those in hospice care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Transportation support at times
