Construction Estimator Commercial

Job Summary:

The Construction Estimators focus is to prepare a wide range of construction projects estimates from conception through signed contracts. This individual will focus on organizing and overseeing construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This individual will be required to fully display Alexander C Bebout’s Core Values – Disciplined, Value Reputation, Do the Right Thing, Proud Team Player and Go Get It. This role will focus on organizational skills, strong communication skills, and timely delivery of estimates to the sales team. Time management skills are critical attributes for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Design in defining project scope and developing plans and specs
• Prepare project estimate and preliminary schedule and proposal
• Develop and maintain estimating database
• Navigates and understands building codes
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Construction Estimating Experience
