Brewed Expressions Cafe is seeking friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Baristas. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for guests, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, and other café menu items
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
- Prepare food items according to café standards
- Maintain cleanliness of customer and work areas, including dishes, equipment, and dining spaces
- Stock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing tasks
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Schedule
Full-time positions are available with shifts scheduled between:
6:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Compensation
