Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Superintendent to join our team. The General Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field employees. The General Superintendent plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• The General Superintendent reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible, as directed, for ensuring that all the objectives related to customer loyalty, schedule, quality, safety and cost control are achieved.
• The General Superintendent will work closely with the Project Management Team and Project Superintendents on assigned projects to enhance team communication, to help establish priorities and assist in achieving the high-performance goals.
• Lead, Manage and hold Accountable the field employees.
• Provide guidance, direction and support to ensure the team meets project objectives and deadlines.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the execution of all field operations, including manpower, equipment and material needs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers & Project Engineers to allocate resources effectively and optimize productivity.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout all phases of construction, ensuring workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement.
• Assist in team building between office and field personnel.
