Key Responsibilities
Printing Line Operations
- Set up and operate printing line equipment according to production specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance, adjusting settings to maintain optimal print quality and output.
- Ensure inks, plates, and substrates are correctly prepared for printing operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the printing process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Quality Assurance
- Perform quality checks on printed products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Adjust color, registration, and other parameters to achieve the desired print quality.
- Record and report deviations or defects to supervisors and quality control teams.
- Collaborate with the quality team to implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of printing equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinating with maintenance teams for complex repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure the printing process complies with food-grade or other relevant standards when applicable.
- Participate in regular safety training and contribute to a safe working environment.
Process Optimization
- Monitor production metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices and process innovations.
- Collaborate with team members to reduce waste and improve material utilization
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure continuity in operations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving printing line performance.

Candidate Requirements

· Capability to work in 12 hour-shifts, Night and Day Shifts Available
· Basic computer skills for logging production and quality data.
