Program Services Manager Position

Summary

ANTICIPATED POSITION OPENING: Program Services Manager

The Council on Aging is a 501c3 charitable organization that has been providing senior services in Van Wert County since 1975.

Our agency is seeking a full-time Program Services Manager to oversee daily office operations, programming of direct senior services, and program activities at the Senior Center.

Position Status
The organization foresees an upcoming opening for this position and is accepting applications at this time. The position is expected to begin on April 1, 2026.

Details:

  • 40 hours/week, salaried position. When needed, must be able to work several evenings and early morning hours throughout the year.
  • Competitive pay starting at $18 per hour and may be higher depending on experience, skills, and organizational fit.
  • COA vehicle provided for agency use

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating client services and transportation
  • Overseeing senior programs and activities
  • Managing office operations, schedules, and records
  • Assisting with outreach, newsletters, and fundraising events

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required (Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
