Cool Machines in Van Wert, Ohio, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our production and logistics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our specialized machinery and equipment are safely packaged, accurately documented, and shipped to customers on time.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare & Package: Safely crate, palletize, and pack industrial machinery and component parts to prevent transit damage.

Logistics & Freight: Coordinate with freight carriers, schedule pickups, and generate bill of lading (BOL) documents.

Inventory Control: Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy, report damaged goods, and manage shipping supply levels.

Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools to move materials throughout the warehouse.

Data Entry: Log tracking details and complete shipping manifest documentation in our inventory system.
