The Western Buckeye Educational Service Center is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Transition Coordinator to work with students across Paulding and Van Wert school districts.
The Transition Coordinator provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to students with disabilities by delivering instruction in career exploration, workplace readiness, postsecondary planning, self-advocacy, and coordinating work-based learning experiences. The role collaborates with school districts, families, community partners, and employers to support student transition planning and expand programming aligned to workforce needs.
Responsibilities include coordinating partnerships, organizing career experiences, maintaining required documentation and reporting, and tracking student progress toward employment goals.
