Youth Ministries Director

Trinity Global Methodist and North Union Church are excited to announce that we have relaunched our
churches and therefore relaunched our youth ministries. Our churches are seeking an individual who can lead and grow the youth ministry to a new level of excellence. The Youth Ministries Director will plan, organize, and lead the youth ministries that includes full programming on Wednesday nights, Youth Sunday School on Sunday mornings, Youth Mission Trips, and other special activities with the help of a youth ministries committee and a group of volunteers. (Church policy dictates that the director must be 5 years older than high school graduates)

We are looking for the right candidate:
*Who has a deep, personal relationship with Christ.
*Who possess a contagious passion for seeing teens and their families come to know and follow Jesus.
*Who is a leader with skills to lead passionately and professionally.
*Who has an understanding that the volunteers are vital to the Youth Ministries.
*Who has an understanding of keeping all teens and their families safe.
*Who has organization skills to manage all administrative tasks for the Youth Ministries.
