POSITION OVERVIEW
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between the sales, applications, and service teams to ensure smooth project transitions and effective internal communication. This role involves maintaining the concept catalog, owning repeat sales opportunities, and developing budgetary presentations. The Inside Sales Specialist will also coordinate and lead in-house presentations for internal and external stakeholders, serve as a key initial touchpoint with vendors, and ensure all opportunity information is properly prepared for the applications team to review. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or customer-facing roles, experience with CRM systems, and a tenacious attitude towards follow-through.
