
The Project Data Specialist is responsible for translating information from project plans and documents into National Door’s ERP system in an organized and functional manner for all affected parties within the organization. This person performs complex takeoffs and counts of project-related material, breaks material into shipment phases and assigns value to material based on phases. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, can stay on-task for long periods of time and adheres to deadlines.
Responsibilities
· Managing key data inputs as it pertains to commercial projects
· Performing door and trim takeoffs for commercial projects
· Organizing important door and frame attributes in National Door’s ERP system
· Keeping up with RFIs and Addendums to plan sets distributed by architects
· Coordinating data/information needs related to each specific projects with the project management teams
· Keeping a pulse on jobsite schedules and prioritizing inputs accordingly
· Providing pricing guidance for changes to NDT scope based on addendums to plan sets
· Assign dollar values to project sections to create schedules for values for billing purposes
· Pass RFIs back to customers for additional information
· Derive specific information from plan sets and organize for distribution to customers
· Coordinate with purchasing to make sure material is ordered in accordance with date-input cadence
· Define and standardize tags for doors, frames and hardware throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Pay: $41,500.00 – $67,500.00 per year
