Job Duties Include:
- Payroll processing and payroll reporting
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Daily banking and reconciliations
- Bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Vendor setup and 1099 processing
- Workers’ compensation administration and reporting
- New hire onboarding and payroll setup
- Maintaining personnel files and employee records
- Assisting with employee benefits, deductions, and leave tracking
- Answering questions and assisting departments
- Managing multiple tasks and deadlines daily
