We are currently seeking a full-time Construction Designer/Sales Associate with great attention to detail and a basic knowledge of computer systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing company provided leads, specifically in kitchens and bathrooms
• Qualifying/disqualifying potential customers via discovery processes
• Meeting with customer to develop an understanding of their dream project
• Performing/collecting  take-offs/measurements for potential project
• Developing design and accompanying estimates for project (We use 2020 design software)
• Conducting selection meetings with clients
• Preparing work order and material materials for vendors and production team
