Custodian Technician

Days of Contract: 12 months/260 days a year (with vacation, sick, and personal days included; also paid holidays)

Full-time position: With benefits (8 hours a day with overtime potential)

Essential functions of the job include:

• Be responsible for maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility; providing arrangements for meetings, classroom activities and events. 
• Requires manual work relating to, but not limited to, performing general cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks, for example: Remove/dispose of trash from classrooms, cleaning offices, restrooms and other designated areas, restocking of paper and soap supplies, and other duties assigned
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds such as boxes, crates, bags, etc.
