We are currently looking for a full-time Construction Crew Leader. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor spaces, and additions/remodels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional plumbing, electrical, and framing experience, along with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing construction jobs and a small team of laborers
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Using and operating hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks
• Monitoring job progress and daily communication with the project manager
• Communicating directly with customers about their projects

As a Construction Crew Leader, you will be the crucial link between our customers and the company, so excellent communication skills are essential.
