Location: Homestead At Towne Center
Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
Provides community relations to those entering the building and calling in. Maintains
professionalism, following company policy and procedures, including handling media. Ensures
residents are treated with respect and dignity.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing guest relations, answering phones and greeting visitors, vendors, family members, etc., upon entrance to the Community
Provides tours when needed
Maintains sign in logs
Assist and distribute mail
Maintain clean and tidy entrance
Clerical duties, filing, copying, and other duties assigned
Complies with privacy required by The Palms Senior Living or State Regulatory Agencies
Shares on call and manager on duty as required
Performs other administrative tasks as assigned by Community Business Director

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Education high school diploma preferred. Basic typing skills along with a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software are required, preferably in Microsoft Windows Environment.
