Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Production Workers to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for sewing and fabricating products using industrial sewing machines. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Sewing machine skills are a plus but not required, if you are willing to learn we can teach you any job on our production floor. We also have non-sewing position available as well. KAM Manufacturing is a leader in non-apparel sewn products, we make products for the consumer, commercial and military industries
Responsibilities:
– Operate industrial sewing machines to sew products according to specifications
– Fabricate sewn products by cutting, measuring, and assembling materials
– Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow safety guidelines and protocols
Experience:
– Previous experience in sewing is preferred, but not required
– Familiarity with industrial sewing machines and their operation
– Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions
– Strong attention to detail and quality control
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
– Sewing: Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines and performing various sewing techniques
– Warehouse: Familiarity with working in a warehouse or production environment
– Fabrication: Ability to cut, measure, and assemble materials for production
– Sewing Machine Operation: Skilled in operating industrial sewing machines effectively
