Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Facilities Maintenance HVAC-Refrigeration team member to join our team in Van Wert.

$$ 1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $250 at thirty days, $250 at sixty days and $500 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination).

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $20.75-$33.75 with a potential increase at 90 days.

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job Functions:

• Refer trailers
• Water testing and Wastewater testing
• Building Maintenance (roof units, exhaust fans, painting, plumbing for small jobs, electrical for small jobs, etc.)
• Process Safety Management paperwork and “daily rounds” logs
