We have divisions in Mercer, Van Wert and Paulding Counties in Ohio and are looking for an IT Systems & Support Technician to join our team. This position will be based in our Van Wert, Ohio location.
The primary objective of this position is to maintain, secure, monitor, and provide support for a wide variety of technology used company wide.
SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
STARTING HOURLY RATE: From $19.00/hr
PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
- Configure, deploy, and support PCs, laptops, printers, software, mobile devices, office phones, digital signage, cameras, time clocks, network equipment, audio/video equipment, PA systems, access control systems, and other technologies.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer and network systems, software, and hardware utilizing internal helpdesk ticketing software.
- Perform Active Directory, Office 365, and Intune management tasks such as user administration, group management, and mobile device management (MDM) deployments.
- Utilize the organization’s software deployment system, PC imaging system, and Windows patching platforms.
- Train and orient team members on the use of company hardware and software.
- Repair hardware and software, as necessary.
- Maintain documentation for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Assist with and help troubleshoot the organization’s wired and wireless network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, firewalls, and VPNs
- Assist with and help troubleshoot the organization’s SAAS applications including Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-on, Intune, and Office 365.
- Administer and maintain the organization’s phone system.
- Assist with the administration of a variety of Windows application servers.
- Assist with low voltage contractor projects and professional services solutions/deployments.
