Maintenance Technician

Our Van Wert Cooked Meats Plant in Van Wert County, Ohio creates, cooks, and slices some of the highest quality deli products on the market for brands you know and trust. Cooper Farms is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Van Wert. 

$$ 1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $250 at thirty days, $250 at sixty days and $500 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination).

SHIFT HOURS:

• (1st) Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:30pm
• (2nd) Monday though Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm
• (3rd) Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday 10:00pm-6:30am

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.50-$33.75+ with a potential increase after 90 days (dependent upon experience and placement test)

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

 All training will be provided.  Job functions include:

• Assisting in troubleshooting and fixing machines so that production can continue to run
• Performing all assigned preventative maintenance procedures
• Keeping record of all parts used and/or damaged and accurately complete all required paperwork
